*Two day registration fee for non-members includes the OSHCA membership dues for 2011; however, a completed membership application form must be submitted. Forms will be available at the conference. This tax deductible fee covers all handout materials, beverage breaks, scheduled meal functions and administrative costs. Full fee payment must accompany registration. CancellationsA refund of registration fees will be made to those registrants notifying OHA of cancellation three (3) working days prior to program date. A $40 processing fee will be assessed against each refund. No refunds will be made after that date. Silent Auction Every year we hold a Silent Auction during the OSHCA conference to raise funds to support OSHCA. Please remember to bring an item or two to contribute to the auction. Consider donating jewelry, purses, holiday items or just about anything that you would love to purchase. A percentage of the proceeds will be shared with a charity organization. - Criteria to be recipient of donation: Ohio based, benefiting an organization as a whole not one person, non-profit, recognized as an official charity/organization
- The OSHCA Board will soliciting requests for potential recipient charitable organizations
- 10% or $100 (which ever is greater) will be donated to selected charity
